For as most of you know, The Core tempted to destroy Freeport 11 back in 823. Well, now they seem to be involved in the same situation.

The Ingenuus vessel was attacked at the Freeport, yet The Core were demanding to surrender the station to them. A station with thousands of innocents on it. We can only asume what they're up to do with it now, but if they won't get it, they will destroy it. I call to you with a plea to help us to protect our home and the innocents from terrorists, who claim to be the lawful forces in the Edge Worlds.

My name is Charles d'Tancarville. I was present at the Freeport 11 during assault on IRG vessel, which took some major blows - and I can vouch that the Core attacked the vessel first. C'est ridicule, I say. I may be not military - perhaps the ex-military - or corporate, but for some odd reason this message appeared on public terminal on Freeport 11 as well. To the point then.

Slaughter of the innocent souls is what I despise the most, c'est sounds wrong from the mouth of former GRN and now works as petty mercenary. But even my sort have certain people who wish to represent knightly ways. The attack was so sudden and swift all I could get was logs. I could attach them to this message, but I am pretty sure the very same logs were already pushed by IRG to your Confederation.

Alone, I'm not good when it comes to more powerful Corelings. Although, for a pay I am willing to join your cause and try to gather all sorts of mercenaries eager to defend Freeport 11. I will be honest if I say these bloodletters would be more keen to kill someone rather than do that for the ideas you seem to represent, but it should be enough to at least try to defend your home in far Omicron Delta.

I am willing to form group of mercenaries, if that would be your wish. In case you fear that the mercs would defect to the Core's side, I cannot really assure you of all hirelings. But I am pretty sure I should find people eager enough to fly against The Core.

My name is Helmut Weinstein, Director of ALG Division V.

After what we witnessed in the first round of this drama, it comes as no surprise that tensions would eventually flare up again.
As before, we hope to assist the Zoner community as our resources allow us to. The Division's gunship Nebelbank and a number of small craft have remained on long-term intelligence gathering mission in the Omicron region since the first incident, and with this news I do not see myself recalling them anytime soon. For more than one reason, it is in our interests to see the Core emerge weakened from this situation.

In terms of material support, we can adjust our regular shipments to the region as necessary.
