The situation in Omicron Delta is heating up to a very critical point very soon. The evacuation of the Freeport 11 population is more or less completed, sadly with many, many losses due to the NEMP bomb's devastating radioactive explosion. Sadly, this wasn't the end to this chaos in Omicron Delta, and it will get worse.
Omicron Supply Industries, in the meantime, is taking care of the casualties that have been brought to Gran Canaria, and while we have just enough manpower to deal with everything down on the planet, we are running low on necessary supplies on food, consumer goods and shelter. Currently, we are using OSI vessels to prevent people from sleeping in the streets of Canaria's cities, as the nights can be quite cold there. You generously offered us OSC's assistance when we met in California, and now we need it.

I am sorry to hear of the loses suffered upon Freeport 11, I believe I speak for the entire staff of OSC when I say that you have our most sincere condolances.
As I said during our small chat OSC will assist in anyway we can and though we did recently have troubles with the SCRA within Omega 49, including the deployment of a warship against our liners, we will not be detracted. Expect shipments of goods to be arriving at Gran Canaria within the next 24 hours, I will also see about deploying some of our decomissioned vessels to aid in the space shortage, they may not be as high luxury as our current fleet but they are still functional and quite comfortable.
