Story dev notice - Aux/Core tech

The SLIS (Storyline, Lore, Infocards, & Systems) Planning team is well aware of the drama regarding Auxesia's use of Core technology. As such, we've decided to provide some clarification on the matter.

The Core ships added were intended to be a retroactive addition to the game which the Core were considered to have for some time. This is part of the reason for reskins as opposed to custom models. As such, at the time of Auxesia's defection, they would have been in possession of Core - not BHG - technology.
