Can somebody tell the known bases where the outcast bribe may just pop up? coz im gone to all known bases and have only found BHG and corsairs on 2 freeports (11,10) anywhere but planet malta. since there hostile to me and i want to work with em.(NPC)

Try killing some police.. Its not hard. Kill police get the law angry, then go to Malta soon as outcasts are above half way on the rep meter thing then do missions for 'em. Not ATALL hard. -.-

I've found some at the Gaian base in Edinburgh. That's usually where I get mine, but since I haven't done that in a while, it may no longer be there.

Why pay them to be friendly?

Kill loads of liberty police/navy until your rep with the outcasts is either totally blank or starting to go green, then head to malta and get paid to kill BHG and the outcasts will eventually love you.

You don't have to spend a penny, but you will get alot of money off them.
