i would like to know what id's can shoot a neutral id person and which ones cant shoot a neutral id person and so on and so for all of the other id's you can use :cool:

Wel you can look up your rep aboud how your status is.
And if you scan an Neutral ID or Freelancer ID you cant attack them

As far as i know

Neutral ID is exactly that, as I understand it. Neutral to everyone. Firing on any player with a Neutral ID without prior warning is an act of terrorism, so I would suggest getting a Xeno (terrorist) ID. All the other ID's are meant to abide by their relative faction's reputation, so get green with your chosen faction, buy an ID and see who you're red to. Those are your enemies. As far as shooting on sight goes, your player faction (ie: [RM]) has to be at war with the opposing player's faction, or just terrorist (ie: [Phantom]). Of course even then it's bad form to fire without warning, there's no honour gunning anyone in the back :0P

Though that's just my opinions, others may think otherwise...
