The Independent Miners Guild has contact the Order in the eed of installing Nomad Detection Scanners on a few of their bases, the same devices we augmented your defenses with. As such, I wish to request landing clearance on Zhukovksy Station for the Secondary Fleet's Omicron Research Group. They will arrive either the month before setting off for IMG installations.

They will be utilizing nothing larger than gunboats and transports, as per Secondary Fleet regulations.
