Hauptkommissar Erika Keller, i thank you for getting back with me. Before we begin i do realize our Houses have not always seen eye to eye, and we have had our extream differences but i am hoping we can work together on a common enemy The Nomads. They have become a more and more active near Liberty space, and in time they will start to cause issues for the Citizens of Rheinland. I was hoping we could speak on making a Joint Task Force or "J.T.F" and use it when The Nomads strike. Only Through brute force and the willingness to work together can we protect our Homes from these invaders. Although this process of establishing this J.T.F. could take some time i am wondering if this is something the House of Rheinland would be willing to establish... The need for this action now is probably not needed at this exact moment, but if we do wait to long and dont hash out all the details it could be to late.

I have been doing a little investigation and digged up some files from the archive, to obtain an overall picture of the situation. It came to my attention, that Navy and LSF are still reported seen in Rheinland space, constantly being involved in... *Opens the file* ...the transportation of alien materials; unauthorized trespassing of Rheinland space with foreign warships; assaults on law enforcement authorities... *Closes the file again and sighs* Most of these cases fall under the jurisdiction of my division, since alien materials were found. I fear the Nomads aren't the problem here. The only real threat is coming from Liberty... once again. Correct me if i'm wrong.


Perhaps it is about time to explain this sudden explosion of violence, before we can think of a joint task force.

Liberty warship escorted by a LV

Today in Frankfurt I stumbled upon a Liberty Navy logistic vessel that was carrying highly valuable and dangerous cargo. I stopped it and demanded it to drop the cargo, it did not comply, I was about to arrest it when an "Overlord"-class Liberty Battleship uncloaked 3k away from me, it was also carrying cargo.
It was mostly nomad remains, even very big ones, a nomad power cell and about 200 xeno artifacts, the so called "LNS-Warspite" did not comply in dropping it either, the logistic vessel gave the cargo to the Warspite which attempted to run from me, fortunately Frau Fischer was just there to assist me as well as many of the KGS. After several denials of compliance, the Warspite was being fired upon, it dropped the cargo just after its shield dropped, ████████████████████████████████████████████████ after the Warspite was escorted to Sigma-15, we have lost the logistic vessel though, it probably fled to Sigma-15 before. ████████████████████████ the fine of 40 million was paid.

Forgive me for pinging your inbox again, I do tend to get a tad impatient at times.

Now to matters that you have brought up, I do not condone the actions of the Liberty Security Force. I am not asking you to forgive their actions either. But to be frank the photo's you sent me dont do justice and i dont really understand what went on.

To matters of the LNS-Warspite, i have had dealings with him in one of our "secure" areas and from my recollection it was "infected" and had attacked Liberty forces before. I was told to stand aside by my superior and he dealt with the issue. I have yet to see that Naval ship again. This was atleast 5 or so months ago.

I dont know how else to put it, but it seems these are isolated incidents and nothing of this seems to have been "Authorized" by our Goverment. I will however apologize for their stupid actions.

Work with me, how can we resolve these issues?

Please excuse the delay. My position within the agency has changed and i'm currently being bombarded with paperwork.

Infected you say? *She smiles a little* Ah... Well, that would explain a lot. Unfortunately it's not that easy. I don't see a proof. But let me bring up an theory of mine: Navy and LSF are doing their experiments again, by fumbling around with nomad artifacts from the Omicrons. This time they were caught with their pants down. Some brass hats are afraid of losing their position and use an "infection" as excuse to get out of a tight spot, without any kind of evidence though.

This isn't my first case i'm working on. Within my 24 years at the agency i've heard many excuses. What makes me scratch my head however, is the question how an ex-terr... ex-member of the Order became part of the navy. In view of the current situation, a justified question, i think. Don't get me wrong. I'm just doing my job here. My superiors demand answers, mister Kalh. We do not see the need of a joint task force as long as there is no threat in sight. Or is there something we should know?

Look i cant comment on what the LSF does, they keep to themselves and think they are better then everyone else.

As for these experiments you think the Navy is apart of, ill be blunt. I don't think that's going on. I am disgusted by Nomads and i have been trained to exterminate them, experimenting on them is not my doing nor shall it ever...

You ask of a reason why a JTF might be needed? Well allow me to show you what a Nomad Incursion in the Magellan system looks like...x|

It was a slaughter, we won in the end, but we did lose many brave men and women... This was only possible because of the work we are doing with the Bretonians concerning Nomads. I trust you see now why i ask you of this. If something like this where to happen near Rheinland Space how would we be allowed to help you if you shut the door in our face?

My sincerest condolences for the losses in Magellan. I'm sure, your men did not die for nothing. However, we consider such a scenario as unlikely to occur in Bering or Hudson. In contrast to your western borderworlds, our systems are secured and we are prepared for a worst case scenario. What is happening in Magellan is not our problem.

Make sure you inform the responsible people. We do not tolerate Liberty's experiments in Rheinland. Else... and you can be assured, this is going to have bitter consequences.
