I Motoko Susubo Commander and Chief Researcher for Abh Research Group aboard the Goddess Shizuha respectfully engage in parley for permission to use your gates and lanes with in you space for our Capital research vessels. Both the Goddess Shizuha and Goddess Izanami are armed with automated defense system that are programed to only fire when hostel action have been detected against the vessel . These systems can be overridden by only the commander of each vessel to suspend fire. We carry crew, civilian pilots, and scientists. Along with the personnel mentioned we been refitted with Research, Survey, Recon, and Medical Modules. Both Vessel do not carry jump or cloaking devices.

We are looking to only shorten our travels by using the gates and lanes to facilitate quicker travel to the lower Omicrons and Omegas. The occasional use of stations on your outer boundary for resupply also be in consideration. Well await you response
