Buenos días.

I'd like to apologize greatly for the long delay there's been for sending this message. Several issues, including the Freeport 11 crisis and a massive internal reesctructuration had difficulted the start of communications.

But regardless. I'm contacting you after talking to one of your members, Doctor Brandon Wright, during a test flight for one of our exploration vessels, the "Pionero"; conversation that took place within the Inverness System in the month of december. He had informed that the IRG's navigational data of the Omegas was outdated and invited my person to send you a proposal.

So said, I'd like to offer our exploration and cartography assets' assistance assist to the Ingenuus Research Group for the purpose of updating the research group's navigational data of the Omega systems cluster in the borderworld.

Would you be interested in this proposal?

Atentamente.

Ricardo Molina. Explorador de La Expedicón.

Greetings, Ricardo Molina,
It is good to hear that you had positive interactions with our organization, and more specifically Dr. Wright. To the best of my knowledge, our cartography and navigational data of the Omega systems have been recently updated, but we wont refuse your help if you choose to do so.

Due to the nature of galactic physics our information has to be updated regularly, so we would gladly accept any help you wish to offer. However, you do mention a proposal, so perhaps you can inform us more on specifics. Any information you'd like to share would be appreciated.

Dr. James Erzie

Buenos días, Doctor Erzie.

I'll explain the details and context of my proposal. I form part of a group known as La Expedición, whose primary activity involves exploration and surveillance of astronomical objects, sectors and the elements contained in them. Being a group focused on this, we can deploy several of our assets to focus into this task and ensure that we obtain more detailed data, from simple Jumphole routes to detection of gravitational anomalies that could be found within asteroid fields and nebulae.

What I would like to propose is to provide this service, but in a larger scale: La Expedición would deploy surveillance assets to the Omega cluster to obtain updated and detailed information on its systems' transit pathways, abnormal astronomical objects and other such data that could be of use for your organization, and to provide a closer analysis and observation to any such item, if you desire so.

Our usual price in exchange for this service would be monetary remuneration, however, considering the activities that the IRG is known to conduct, I've been instructed to allow other exchanges at your discretion, given that technological support for our equipment in the form of upgrades and other developments could prove even more beneficial for us if further cooperation occurs later on.

Wishing you a good day

Ricardo Molina. Explorador de La Expedición.
