What i was saying? Oh oh yeah! He told me that i need the Rheinland's authorities to transit and trade within your border with such ship! Hum Humm Humm? Oh it's why i contact you from a freeport in omega 3 to officially request permission to transit and trade within Rheinland borders.

I know it's unusual way to contact you but! heu! heu! heu! you know? A man gotta make a living and avoiding troubles with the laws is a good start.

Guten Tag, Herr Talbert. My name is Christiane Laurich and I´m kommissar of administrative department of the Rheinland Federal Polizei.

It seems you did not read Rheinland laws properly before you entered our space. Otherwise you would know that according to the paragraph one of the Article Four, "all Battleship, Carrier and Cruiser class vessels that don’t belong to Rheinland law enforcement are banned from Rheinland space, unless permitted by a Rheinland Military admiral or by the Bundestag". This includes Bustard class carriers.

So unless you manage to obtain permission from military in this channel, you need to contact the Bundestag and request permission. I recommend you to explain in detail reasons why it should be given to you. Then, if you manage to get permission from one of the mentioned authorities, you need to register your ship in the Special permission ships registry where you fill a form with all required information. Once you are informed about finished registration, you may enter Rheinland space.

We recommend you to read our laws properly before you enter Rheinland space in any ship again to prevent problems and possible fines or more serious consequences.
