Last evening the Blue Panda was stationed in the orbit of Manhattan. You know pretty much what happened as you the Amenhotep was there as well, however, when the Amenhotep left, the civilians in the orbit turned a bit more sassy again, if I may say so. Nothing serious, to be fair. A few childish pilots being proud of the little pea-shooters they have attached to their transports. And the one Corvo captain with his serious tourette issues. However, you surely remember the Blackguard snub you told multiple times to not open fire in the orbit of Manhattan? You can guess it, surely, the overconfident pilot did not stop when you were gone. In fact, the pilot was bold enough to open fire on the Blue Panda. Since you said you are dealing with him, I will add the visual proof of that incident to the attachments, as well as the audio-logs, of the period of time between your leaving and the Blue Panda returning to Fort Bush.

I'd be lying if i said i was surprised. I appreciate you compiling this evidence for me. It does make frying these fools easier. I will not tolerate anyone firing on any Liberty Military, Police, or Security force ship. I will see that these thugs pay a price for what has been done, that i can assure you.
