42nd Signature Template

This is rather complicated.

I want a template for signatures for the 42nd. A template, because, the idea is, we will have each have an image that describes an aspect of the god we chose...Mine, I think, will be a scroll or book with a pen.

Anyway, they need to be changeable in a couple of ways: the center image needs to be able to be swapped out, the names, callsigns, and ranks need to be able to change. Other than that, its a secure background image, with a default god image, the eye of Ra (I cannot find I particularly like that isn't copyrighted, or I'd provide an image. a simple gold colored one will do fine.).

It should be a long rectangle, in the following shape:

Callsign
42nd -------------------------------- Godimage ----------------------------- rank
namename------------------

I'm hoping for some black/obsidian/onyx background, with gold text. If you can somehow create the template without flattening the image, so we can add our names and such at will, that'd be great. To the right of the namename(first and last) I want some empty space left for medals...Which I may also commision.
