Kon'nichiwa, Officer.

How about you explain me how you get on the idea to charge a civilian for ridiculous 2 million credits over a really just a tiny bit disrespecting wording such as "Shut up, Police girl." when you tell them to shut up in just the same disrespecting manner because they did a small mistake before?
How do you even dare to consider such amounts as appropriate for something so minor? Right now I see your actions as a simple abuse of your position as an Officer of law, what was the thought behind trying to get such an amount of money? Needed some money besides your salary?

I give you this once chance to explain yourself so choose your words wisely.

Hola, Chief.

Do you really think I'll let some idiota get away with landing nuclear mines on my ship within the fight, endangerin my life with their clumsiness, and then try to act above the law? No, no senorita, I will not. They were blabbering, spreading misinformation during a battle where focus was of most importance, and then had the cheek to get on my nerves. They do not uphold the law, Senorita, they failed to cooperate twice, when ordered to be fined, and to cease their engines outside Houston.

They're nothing more than mercenaries, Senorita, are you really going to stick up for someone who isn't one of us?

Hello again.

So that mercenary managed to drop a mine right in your face during combat, I assume it hit the ship's hull. Such things just keep happening, I wonder if this one even realized it or if you told them after the fight. Maybe they would have apologized then, even if not you could have sent them the repair bill later on. Right, it put you into danger, yet it's something happening pretty often and it could have been everyone doing this mistake.
Regarding the misleading information, that mercenary thought about a Cruiser-class for a transporter vessel, hai?
I will put it bluntly, it's a mercenary. You cannot expect them to see such things without looking twice, mercenaries are mercenaries, not well-trained law enforcement units or Military pilots.

The fine wasn't justified, atleast not under the aspect of disrespecting an Officer. Two million credits for a simple "shut up" following the same words from your side is not alright. While I am sure you were pretty hot headed at this moment you should have stayed reasonable despite the accidental friendly fire and the mistake in judging what ship class some Rheinland vessel was.
About the last aspect, from what I suppose the mercenary didn't stop as they were already under fire by you, correct? Officer Lopez' words seemed to me like a demand for both of you to stand down at the first point but I heard he opened fire as well then.

Understand that the only thing that bothered me is the sum and reason of the fine you tried to enforce.

Not even a scratch of the hull, but outright almost got me blown up. They were told to stop over the tactical channel. And no, it wasn't just 'anyone' - Senorita, I saw them deploy it, infact, they kept deploying too much of it.

Mercenary or not, they're not the upholders of the law, this isn't their operation. They should know their place. The BG never complied with stopping and continued course directly towards Houston, of course I had every right to continue the detaining order.

Maybe it could have been reduced, but, they wouldn't have paid regardless - they were insistant on fighting me.

So they literally dropped too many mines into the battlefield? Impressive, that's truly not a good move. Oh and they never complied?
Now that changes things a bit, so they just kept cruising towards Houston without ever complying to your demands for them to stop?
I would really love to see the blackbox entrys about this, so far we discussed the matter without the need of it but I feel like it's time to ask for them now.
