Greetings, honorable Samura.

It has been quite some time since The Core has had contact with you. From what I last recall, our recent exchange was a Samura expedition trip to Yaren Base in Omicron Delta. I am the new Guildmistress of The Core, and one of my first duties is to resume diplomatic communications with our allies.

Last I checked we were discussing potential cooperation with assisting Samura in defending Kurile from the nefarious GMG?. We greatly look down upon their supplying and cooperation with The Order, and more so at their ruthless and unprecedented attack on your people. They've also broken our laws and created headaches for our patrols both in and out of our space. We can tolerate this no longer.

Within GMG territory there are assets which the both of us could benefit from having control of. One such item is Planet Saigon. Now we are currently unsure of our theories regarding an alien presence on the Planet to correlate with the alien presence in the rest of the system, however, we would be interested in conducting a joint survey with Samura to verify this. Further cooperation could perhaps eventually entail The Core assisting Samura in securing Saigon for Samura and Kusarian interests, and keeping it out of the hands of the GMG and other pesky parties.
