CD tracking

I'm sure I'm not the only one noticing this but again CDs have started to show really stubborn unwillingness to track again. I know "you can just retarget" but during a fight this very much decreases the reliability of cds and causes a lot of issues, also leading to ammo waste.

i like the ammo waste
it means you can finally out last those pesky snubs just stopping you from getting out a gank
but i do agree the reliability has gone down with the tracking bug

Yea, I've noticed it too. Especially applying for Npc ships too. Very annoying
