i kinda think its unfair that a Phantom as they are called can be a lvl 78 and be in a low area killing players trying to make a little money and when this player says somthing about it gets baned for 14 days no warning no notting and as far as i can recall all i sayed was horing a lower area like this. and private chat is just that private
you all must not really care about players any ways banning for 14 days is really kinda retarted and Fined Everything? well that makes no sense to me at all why would you even do that to your players well i give you untell jan 7th to correct this or i can promise at least 6 players will not be playing on your server any more. for that matter about 60-80% of the server rules are not inforced at all like
5.5 Dock-killing when player is undocking/launching from a planet/base is not allowed. or maybe
5.7 A player who was killed in a PvP fight must not enter the system where the fight took place with any of the characters on his/her account(s) while the enemy (player or players involved in the fight) remains in the system, but no more than 4 hours.

i think you better ask your self how this seems fair? it does not seem fair now does it dont it seem like i was not the only one in the wrong here? but i dont see the other players name here in this forum with a ~sanction~ and ~Consequences: Fined Everything, banned for 14 days~ some justice?

I am really, really sorry to be posting in someone's sanction thread, but I can't help myself not to point out that January 3rd was three days ago.

The second time you were killed in your Raven Claw was when the Naha itself shot you to pieces, which would suggest that you'd done something to annoy it.
The Phantoms killed you on your trader as a result of you dropping into their laps. They were actually hunting another who had slipped their clutches in Sigma 13, and had just killed it. Upon killing you and Wolfzpirit, they returned to Sigma 13.
Thirdly and finally, even had they broken the rules, that does not give you license to call one of them an effing A-hole. That is rule 3.2 and 14 days. We've been fining folks of their stuff for a while now, as a reminder not to do it again.

Sorry for butting in yet again, but dude you are contradicting yourself. It says killing while Un-Docking is not allowed, but it says nothing about DOCKING. People mix these 2 way too many times, and many have threatened me with a report for it, and I have to explain it every bloody time. Read the rules, and don't interpret them the way you wish to do it.. And sorry for posting here, won't post any more..

Your traders were killed coming out of a tradelane ring, that's not covered by the rules as you have control of your ship immediately after undocking. You weren't undocking from a station when the Phantoms killed you the first time, and you were flying around in your Raven Claw when the Phantoms killed you the second time, thirdly and finally when you did undock from Naha it was the STATION that killed you, no shot was fired in your direction. Wolfzbane was killed twice by the Phantoms last night, once in Kyushu, he was attacked multiple times, but each and every time after he'd successfully undocked and began manoeuvring, the second time was with you in New Berlin.
It is my belief that the Phantoms broke no rules last night, but if you do have proof that convinces the rest of the Admin team otherwise feel free to submit a sanction report. The Phantoms have a license to kill everything within reason, if they break the rules whilst doing it, then they are held to the same standard as everyone else.

Tell you what sir, I'll give till today to pack your stuff and leave then, if that's your attitude. We don't take
kindly to threats here, of any nature. What makes you any different to the 5000 other regular players who
use this server, and don't break the rules ? It's certainly is not our problem, if you are unable to separate
real life from roleplay.
I notice from your profile, you signed on the forums, immediately after receiving a sanction, so use this
opportunity to read, and understand the rules for future reference. And you may also wish to check the
Phantom faction status post, and their ID parameters for a better understanding of who you were flying
into the grip of. Most pilots would normally avoid them like the plague ...
