I won't comment on the former statement since there was quite a bit of irp insults going back and forth, the only time the other individual seemed to take offense was when their attempt to hire a freelancer to shoot my hunter and a battleship they were with had opened fire, got them killed, such was the roleplay consequence given the proceedings. There was a good moment of time when the conversation ceased, but both the battleship and bomber in question continued to provoke a character with a short fuse. I'm all for seeing that ship fr5'd and punished accordingly for disavowing his contractual obligations. An apology was even tendered oorp, I will not argue on what the green course of action should be, but neither party is innocent here. I don't entirely see valid grounds to be punished for 1.1 when the insults were kept irp and they were more than capable of issuing insults in return, things along the line of my character's mother and calling him an animal pumped full of steroids, the logs of which I can submit. In the law we call this a case of "Ex turpi causa non oritur actio". An instance where the plaintiff violated the very standards they were seeking an action upon.
I will tender another apology and express sincere diligence to aim for mutually beneficial encounters again if required for the satisfaction of the person that filed this herein. Upon doing so I'd like to request for this punishment to be modified to a firm warning, given the willingness to adopt to the server environment properly after a talk with Denis. I was under the impression that the age rating of this server was largely mature. I've made note that is not the case and will amend the conduct of this character accordingly and hereby submit another sincere apology for the mutual misunderstanding.
If that is insufficient I humbly request to be notified of what would be sufficient given the circumstances and thereby mend the problem.
