Why do some officaal factions still not have feedback?

I've noticed that both LH~ and BHG| are two official factions that don't have a feedback thread. Can someone explain why this is?

BHG because no one cares. I don't know.

LH~ because I think contacting their faction account will cause a micro-feedback to open itself up within PMs.

Also because I think both accounts didn't notice the standard requirement. I know the LH~ will care enough to post a feedback thread, when they get around to it.
