PLANETFORM CEO RELEASES STATEMENT

In a press conference held in New London today, Daniel Fletchley, Board member and Former CEO of Planetform Incorporated, Announced that he shall return to his former position, after resigning last year citing personal reasons. Mr.Fletchley also announced that Jack Worth, CEO of planetform in his absence, has joined the board of directors of the company. Mr.Fletchley spoke extensively on the matter of Gallic occupation of Harris, and announced that Planet Harris had been successfully evacuated of all PlanetForm employees, Civilians, and Bretonian Armed Forces Personnel.

Mr.Fletchley also announced the names of four of the five Planetform personnel who lost their lives during the evacuation. He announced that Planetform would continue to support their families, and a funeral service shall be held at Warwick Cemetery on Planet New London on Wednesday. The deceased personnel were Security officer Brenda Parks, Transport Captains Lewis and Bradley John,
and Equipment Specialist Amanda Ellis. On inquiring of the fifth name, Mr.Fletchely Declined, saying "The family of the deceased fifth planetform official has requested us not to disclose the person's name, and we respect their wishes."

On being asked about Universal Shipping's announcement saying that PlanetForm Incorporated was falsifying survey reports, Mr.Fletchley accused the allegations of being baseless. "Neither us, nor our staff, have any benefit whatsoever in falsifying surveys or reports of any kind, and the inconsistencies reported by Universal are being investigated, although they do appear to be ordinary human error, or possibly transmission problems."

"On behalf of my staff, I formally apologise to Universal Incorporated, and shall be happy to bear the cost of any losses that have occurred as a result of this fiasco. Universal Have been longtime allies and business partners of Planetform, and it causes us regret to see the partnership fall apart. However, if that is what Universal wishes to do, then we will not object."

Responding to the accusations , he said "it saddens me to see our partner accuse us of falsifying scientific data, and we shall surely investigate it, but any baseless allegations will not be idly tolerated."

Mr.Fletchley refused comment on whether Universal was deliberately accusing Planetform or it was a genuine misunderstanding.
