Deep Space Engineering and Ageira Technologies proudly present the Cold Lake Consortium. This is a venture formed by joining certain assets of the two corporations in equal shares. The goal of the Consortium is to bring on innovations in the area of space transportation.
Both founders of the Consortium are dedicated to better and safer space travel and commercial transportation for all citizens of the Republic of Liberty and Sirius Sector in general. The Consortium will allow the founding companies to promote that goal and further improve cooperation in the key area for them.
Headquarters of the Consortium are located at Toronto station in Ontario system, courtesy of Deep Space Engineering. The list of assets assigned to the Consortium by founding corporations will not be disclosed at this time.
The Consortium is lead by the Board of Directors that includes 3 representatives of each of the founding companies, and one independent director. The names of the directors are to be announced in a few days. All of them are the most brilliant managers and experts in their respective fields.
