The systems aren't new, most likely they are: Bastille, Minnesota, and Uncharted Systems( Liberty, Gallia, Rheinland)

The first 4 in the attachments have been used for Pittsburgh event with them Cultists. Uncharted systems are marked in Sirius, not the lost sector.

Out of my 10 blindjumps, 6 or 7 of those have ended in the ??? system. It starts to be annoying

When you jump into bastille and start buying sanction notifications.

dont do blind jumps from gallia thats the thing. each jump from Ill de france goes there no matter what . thats 100% for sure

It can happen from anywhere, though. And, you have a 1/134 chance to land in a system that will crash your character forever and needs admin-help to get you out of there. ;3
