This is my ship and I accept this, I am basically using the Marlin with Order ID to continue my SRP roleplay of the Order|CV-Olympius. James Riley is the 2nd in command of the ship and the Olympius being a battlecruiser it has one docking module, so I am in the process of writing roleplay to say about the Marlin was in the cargo bay. I know i've had the ship for a long time, I just haven't got around to doing it yet due to real life and other things. You should also be able to tell because it's on the account with my SRP ship, and Rosalina Romanov ships. Can I see the evidence that was put in on this sanction though as it is my ship.
I have also noticed i'm being punished for a mistake made by the Dev's/Mod's/Admin's for not putting a Tech Cell on the Core Tech when the split was made, this is my fault how? I would like to see evidence, and want to know an explanation as to why my ship has been bastilled. Not only that but I would like my ship released please, there is no real reason for it to be in bastille.
Just to prove there was some RP regarding the Marlin Very Heavy Fighter being apart of my SRP and the Olympius, there was a post done to the IMG| back in January this year. I used the Marlin with a Freelancer ID before untagged in the roleplay then but then changed it to Order ID and tagged it to continue the roleplay and to make it look more apart of the SRP instead of having a FL IFF and ID.
Now to the whys and wherefores of your Ship being in Bastille.
1) Your Ship is an Official Faction Tagged Ship, but doesn't have an Official Faction ID.
2) You are using one of your enemy's Ships (Order vs Core) and it isn't officially part of your SRP. This then begs the question of how, inRP, this would come about. It was discussed, by the Staff, that this could be a 'Training Ship' as per Faction Right 7. This would be all right whilst your Ship stayed in Conn (as Guard Systems, effectively, don't exist), but your Ship is in Delta and not Conn.
3) Using the excuse "there isn't a Tech Cell" isn't a good enough reason. This is getting fixed, but you are effectively abusing this 'oversight'.
4) This led to the decision to throw it in Bastille until we had a chance to discuss, with you, the next step.

Yes i am aware i know i am using an Order ID and IFF with Order tag to continue roleplay of the Order|CW-Olympius. The reason i am doing this because on a battlecruiser you have more than one crew member and James Riley is the 2nd In Command of the ship. That is clear and has been clarified in roleplay since the creation of the ship.
Not only that James Riley has a personal ship of a Marlin VHF (Manta) while being in Core with the Olympius inRP. So there for December last year i creates the ship (might have been january) and i was originally flying it with FL ID and IFF and it wasn't tagged. I even done RP with IMG to prove it. I then thought this isn't the best way to go about continueing my srp roleplay so i placed an Order Indie ID and IFF on the ship with Order tag because the Olympius is within Order| and James Riley is the one in command of said ship at this moment in time.
But currently i am being punished for the mistakss of the Dev's or who ever is responsible for tech cells. I am aware it should be 10% and not 100% this is why i rarely use it outside of conn unless it is for RP with allies. I do not use the ship for pvp unless i am in conn. That is exactly where the evidence is. I was in conn making sure the ship does not get deleted. I am being punished for a mistake made by the staff. So i request that my ship be released from Bastille as i physically have not done anything wrong. But the staff forgot to implement a Core Tech Cell so any ID or IFF can currently use Core snubs. It was only yesterday i witnessed a FL ID ans IFF with a Marlin VHF and Core guns and i do not see this player and alot more players being punished.
As you can see in the picture Yber has sent, it was NOT tagged and at this time it was a FL ID and IFF. Which I have evidence other players are doing and not being "punished" for. Yber please when you say "bug consistently" please be active with evidence of me abusing this bug, when I know when that picture was taken which was back at the begining of the year, because I have evidence of when I changed it to the official tag and Order ID.

So Yber please stay out of something you know nothing about, and please have fact's and not old roleplay and pictures.
