This document provides the laws and penalties all Tears are expected to carryout within their sovereign territory. Allies are asked to provid evidence of any conflicting encouters that they expereince within ToI domain,

Laws

• Cardamine in all its forms, Slaves, Neodymium, HydroGro and Junyo Fire Pearls are considered contraband.

• Samura| vessels are combat targets, we are revolutionaries, not pirates.

• IMG| and KT| are allowed "Free Trade" provided they are not hauling to or from a Samura owned station or planet.

• KSP & KNF are not considered Combat Targets and are allowed to freely roam the system unless they are believed to be assisting a Samura operation or hindering ToI missions.

Fines and Penalties

• Contraband carried by any pilot with ANY identification papers is to be forced jettisoned and destroyed, offending ships may leave the system without paying a Tax provided they comply with the pilot's demands.

• Samura| Vessels are to be destroyed simply for entering the system.

• IMG|, KT| and other Independent traders will be stopped and scanned to ensure that they are not hauling to or from a Samura planet or station, these pilots may consider making a donation to our cause to help their inspections go smoother.

• Vessels moving Platinum from Nagano will be subject to cargo scans and hefty taxes if it is believed to be of Samura origin.
