I am suprised to see yet another change within the GMG command structure but I won't dwell on the imperfections of a leadership ethos without dynasty but perhaps you may be a more manageable ally. I can confirm that the Tears of Izanagi have been and will continue to secure funding directly from GMG vessels entering and exiting Kusari and it's bordering Sigma territories. I understand that this may come as a shock to you considering our peaceful nature during the Helgoland Crisis, so I will take the time to explain. Your previous Guildmistress made a few very aggressive plays when it comes to diplomacy, especially when talking to a terrorist/revolutionary faction. The fallout of one of these conversation left members within ToI and the Blood Dragons concerned that GMG| would not only expose their relationship with us but also consider cutting our funding, hence why we have taken the matter into our own hands. That said I can assure you that my tears would have shown their victim's nothing but respect during the aforementioned operation.
As a new contact for me, I will take the risk in trusting you. If you were to declare in a clear and precise manner that the funding you send to Shogun Hideyoshi will continue to flow unhindered and unquestioned again then we will cease hostile operations against GMG vessels. To ensure that this slight against our house is fully appeased I would suggest that you increase the funding you supply the Blood Dragon cause by a further 10% as not only with this atone for your predecessor's actions but also put you in excellent standing with the Tears of Izanagi.
If you can agree to the above then it would effectively resolve our differences and open up a new world of opportunity, we already have the need for a GMG logistics expert to accompany us on a recon route into the Omicrons to validate the efficiency of a new supply route, not only would the success of this mission provide the Tears with new military equipment but also GMG another revenue opportunity.

I assumed that we already had each other's trust... Perhaps I am wrong, I guess we will see. We are considering making a rather large construction in that space, the nature of what we are building isn't important. What is important is that GMG knows the omicrons and have access to trade freely there, this would make you a prime supplier to our construction needs. The risks are low as house authorities don't travel that far out so chances of you "getting caught" helping unlawfuls are slim. The rewards are financial, as I assume credits are the guilds only motivation but, depending on how much you are willing to support our project, your engineers may learn a thing or two about capital ship production.
Please have your agent respond promptly as we would like to get this operation moving as soon as possible. On a side note, we are aware that the tensions between your forces and Rheinland are increasing. Sometime soon you will need to decide who's banner you want to call to the fight, do not hesitate to inform us when you are ready to take action.
