Konbanwa, true sons and daughters of our glorious home.

We are standing at the new era's door. Our will is strong, so does our military force, but this is not enough. To build something, must something be ruined. We are preparing a strike, a strike that will ensure our superiority in second lines of our home's defence.

So my order is: send a recon mission to each of these points: all nebulas and asteroid fields in Nagano, Okinawa and Rishiri. Also search for any installations in Nagano and Rishiri, every cc must be explored. After seeing reports, Directorate will determine our target. Nagao out.

All branch managers and above must assign a squadron of at least 2 fighters with a complimentary bomber if is intended to send that squadron in a point of special interest, such as Nagao. Deadline for submitting reports is 21/11. If a local branch is unable to submit a report in time, its leader will be punished for treason. This is a mission of special importance. Do not fail me.
