First off, let me introduce myself - my name is Cristian Burton, you may heard of me as a leader of Phoenix Zoners family.
Its been long time since our last communication. Hell, I don't even know to whom I send this message nor I heard of current status of Rheinland and Sirius ongoing situation overall. As I had to interrupt our meeting due to growed risk for our colonies, which your director Dieter Mittermeier should be aware of, we had to move quickly outside of Sirius, before tensions in Outer-Rim would scratch our homeships with women and children onboard.
But, some of us have return to finish and get one of our valuable assets, which we left to drift in remote nebulae, to make sure it won't bee seen for unwanted guests.
A Rhienland battleship. Some sort of Bismark class, though not much left from the original concept except of hull integrity. Not much we were able to find information when it was built and exact year of construction, but the story is well known to us as this ship drifted to Gas Miners Guild in 80-year war and trapped, damaged by Outcasts in their reaches. As salvage mission succeed restored and repaired by us. Vega, as we named it, its a marvelous part of mixed up Rheinland, GMG and Zoner technologies under thick hull, which makes this ship is tactically valuable for us.
Reconstruct ancient ship is much harder process, its always simpler to use own technologies from building berth to finished project, especially building a warships. Well, you should know it better than we. Of course, we faced with several problems.
All I wanted to ask, are you capable to help us this time, to finish this project?

Herr Burton
I had to browse through our communication archives to even find the last touch point that our corporation had with your organization and indeed that was quite a while ago; over two years to be exact.
Within that time-frame many things have changed both in the sector and within our corporation. For starters, as part of our streamlining process and restructuring, Dieter Mittermeier is no longer with DHC and is currently pursuing other projects and endeavours.
Latest touch point with our repair crew lead, Zino Renegen, appears to have been on 822.02.03. No further records of Herr Renegen can be found in our system.
Not to bore you with our internal affairs, I must say that the circumstances that you've come across this ancient Bismarck class is quite interesting to say the least.
I will be completely honest with you here, given the current situation at the Rheinland border in Frankfurt and the fact that Rheinland is now engaged in a war with GMG forces, which I'm sure you've heard of by now. As a result of destruction of Fulda Border Station at the hands of GMG forces, our assets in all divisions are currently preoccupied with high priority assignments.
Additionally, repairing a capital ship and bringing it back to 100% operational capacity, an ancient Bismarck class no less, is no easy task without it being moored in our main drydock on Oder which I should add is currently at full capacity. Furthermore, I don't think I need to provide you with the legal issues that you will face should you even consider entering Rheinland space with the 'Vega'.
While this situation may be less than ideal for you and your group, what I can offer you at this time is raw resources and certain components available for purchase by your transport captains from some Daumann bases and other vendors within the region, most of which are readily available on the civilian market meant for use on large ship classes, such as civilian-grade armour plating, engine components for the Rheinland civilian line, etc. I'm confident that if you have a crew which is proficient in salvaging and partially restoring an ancient ship, you should have no issues with working around these limitations.

Thank you for your offer, it could be useful for us, as most of our transports not designed for colonies mooring mechanics, nonethless amount of needed commodities is depend on our further cooperation in terms of Vega project. And yes. I heard about ongoing tensions between GMG and Rheinland, a real tragedy. I hope this crisis will be resolved and involved parties will sit down for talks.
Anyway, I wasn't exact in the details about ongoing processes with on this ship, but things are not that bad as you may thought, we can deal with the repairs by ourselves with help our closest friends, although few questions of our engineers on board is still unresolved. We are looking for original blueprints of turbogenerator, due to current malfunction. I think it should be not a problem, yes, it might be not a well known data, and yet it can be classified, but I'm sure you went far ahead in the past years in construction of Bismak class and it won't harm defensive potentialities of your motherland, but will help us to survive in the wildlands. In exchange, we can offer support in financial terms or perhaps you are interested in some rare goods from the edge of Sirius sector?
