SUBJECT: Declaration of war on the Gas Miner Guild

This is public announcement of the Rheinland Government to all individuals and organizations as well as to all law enforcing authorities:

Based on decisions of the Bundestag and the kanzlerin Luisa Neumann, The Bundesrepublik Rheinland declared a war on the Gas Miners Guild. This organization is hereby declared as enemy of the state under the Article Six of the Rheinland laws. This means that all the members of this organization are to be arrested or eliminated.

We would like to remind everyone that according paragraph three of said article, providing any help to any member of this organizations is from now on punishable by fine up to 50.000.000 SC, imprisonment or death sentence according to circumstances and severity of the crime.

Also, according to the paragraph 2.2.3. of Article Two, equipment and ships that belong to or are manufactured by the GMG is from now on considered as illegal in Rheinland space. We advise captains and crew of all ships concerned to take this seriously to prevent law violations with serious consequencies. If caught in Rheinland space, unmounted illegal equipment will be confiscated, ships with mounted illegal equipment are to be banned from Rheinland until the equipment is demounted. Law enforcers are also allowed to issue fine from 500.000 to 10.000.000 SC according to the severity of committed crime. Illegally possessed ships of the GMG origin may be destroyed.
