My name is Adrienne Perry, I work for the intelligence branch of the Bretonian government. Currently, the government is still determining a position regarding the Frankfurt incident. However, SIS hopes to help avert a war in the Sigmas as it could badly affect desperately needed H-Fuel supplies for Bretonia's war effort. A message was recieved today while I was on a deep patrol to relieve Agents Jenkins and Skirka in the Omega-55 system. A BDM agent required gunboat support in the system of Sigma-13. A surprise Nomad assault had caught the Rheinland security forces off guard and they were struggling to secure the area around the Frankfurt Jump gate in Sigma-13. I did divert from my intended route to ensure that the BDM would, hopefully, have a somewhat positive impression of us. After being escorted through Dresden and Frankfurt by BDM agents, I arrived to find a hellish battle raging around Hegoland Station. The Nomad ships moved like water, and were very difficult to hit, nevertheless, with the assistance of one Agent 'Lichthammer' all Nomad ships were destroyed. I have since returned to Freeport-5 and will relieve our two agents in Omega-55 tomorrow. I hope my actions will not reflect badly on the SIS, and as a courtesy to the BDM, no images were taken.

As you can see, the unusual presence of the Nomads just a few weeks before the Frankfurt incident, at the very least signals some sort of Nomad interest at Sigma-13 and the area around the Frankfurt gate. You may choose what you want to do with this intelligence, but we hope that you will present this to the government of Rheinland as you build the case for the GMG's innocence.
