During one of our frequent cleanups one of our salvager captains managed to locate this construction in a fairly out of the way place. Judging from the uh, installation name I can only assume the worst. I'd like to say that i hope your investigation finds that this is somehow a misunderstanding or a bad translation but I somewhat doubt it at the same time.
