Welcome to your first performance review, we understand that these reviews are new to you and that the process may have some initial inertia but please understand they are for the best.

Outgoing costs

This month Little Silver had an outgoing total $639,200,000. This is a 52% increase on last month. This breaks down to $409,200,000 on general maintenance, food, oxygen, water this is the same as the previous month. A sum of $230,000,000 was spent on two Bulk Storage Modules. Hull segments, Industrial & Robotic Hardware. This completely justifies the increase in outgoings this month and obtaining 2 modules for that price is an impressive feat, well done there.

Turnover and Profits

Turnover saw an 83% increase and 293.5% increase in profits, despite the large sum spent on new projects. Little Silver made a total of $208,000,000 in profit this month which was not expected after our last conversation. The start of your hopefully long and fruitful career with us can be seen here

Gas Miner Conflicts

We understand that the majority of your new profits came from a recent platinum-silver trade with Kruger in Rheinland, firstly we would like you to solidify that trade deal if possible but before doing that we would like to know your opinion on the matter hand. Your convoys that have been passing through the Sigmas to Rheinland now know the route. Please clarify if you feel it is worth continuing this trade route inlight on the new conflicts and what actions you feel should be taken to ensure the safety of our pilots.

Renumeration

With the large expenditure spent on improving the station, the board has decided to waive their dividends this month and are allowing you the total monthly take of $208,605,879 to spend how you please. On that note please return form a51 with your correct payment details so that this transaction may be made quickly.
