Hello, dear, I'm taking you out this Saturday night somewhere nice and relaxing. There's no point complaining or making excuses. Resistance is futile and will be crushed with an iron fist! Just pick some favorite 'minion' of yours and appoint them as your secretary for the mean time. Hopefully not Daniels, he's a nice guy, doesn't deserve this punishment. Though actually you're the guildmistress, it's your call and maybe he's the masochistic type. I don't know him that well.

Pick something casual though. This won't be like that fancy dinner with those Interspace business first sort of people. We're going to meet some old acquaintances of mine as well as some new people. The hosts kindly promised food and drinks for the gathering and have some fun planned for us guests. They even went as far as to offer to pick us up in a luxury shuttle if we choose so. I'll actually leave that one up to you, I don't want to be too bossy about this all. Either way is fine for me, though the trip is going to be somewhat long, at least from where we are now. I'd personally go for the luxury ride and I'm not even that spoiled, you know me.
