Seems one of my transport captains had a pleasant encounter with one of the Merchant Navy captains. Turns out that he had found a closer supply point in Bretonia than our usual one in Liberty, and was moving our Pitbull train through your space without clearance. Thankfully your own Captain was willing to hear him out and make a decision based on his story. With no harm done to either side, my captain was informed that it would be best for us to contact you, to ensure that there are no future misunderstandings.
I've attached the license of the ship that was registered with the Liberty Government, and am willing to do what's needed to ensure that everything remains professional and above board in the future.
