Go to conn and get stuck in. Practice 1v1s there to improve the basics of your flight and aim, then start throwing yourself into live groupfights. The more you fight, the better you get.
Just want to reach the level of PvP, as in the Hell Fire Legion, for example. This, of course, many will consider, as a very long training and so on. But I, dammit, want to understand what I do not know yet when playing the fighter.

That's not too unusual during your first steps. My advice is simply to keep doing it and over time you'll start to notice you improve. Fight, fight and fight more and you can only get better at it.
Voice tutorials may be helpful to figure out mistakes you might not realize on your own but they can only do so much, the best way is, as meph said, to train a lot. Nervosity will go away with increasing confidence in your doing.
