Admin Notice: Player Banned and Fined

Mankalito^^ has been sanctioned owing to a report posted on the 27/01/2009 for:

3.2 Flaming, threats and insulting (in any form) other members, factions, server administrators in chat, public or private, is prohibited on server and on forums. RP-related threats are allowed on the server.

3.4 Out-of-character (OOC) chat should not be used for system chat, except in emergencies

6.2 Out of Roleplay (OORP):
In-game tag seen before the name must match the ID as closely as possible. It is not allowed to have the tag not match ID category. For example, it is prohibited to have 'Police' tag and 'Pirate' ID.

Equipment used must match tag and ID as closely as possible. For example, it is not allowed for Corsairs to use Outcast ships and guns.

All reputations should be in accordance with the faction followed, all enemies must be red, at least during the course of a player - player combat

6.21 Attacking without an engagement notice is not allowed. All attacks must be preceded with some form of RP, regardless of NPC faction diplomacy.

Consequences: Fined all credits and guns on EVERYTHING you own, banned for 30 days

Notes: See that list up there, see it... That after coming off a 7 day ban. I was going to be nice but you've managed to really annoy us. You're a little punk and I'm sick of it. You've been sanctioned enough, just read the rules and learn them. For heaven's sake, I see you here again and you will NOT be coming back. Clear?


If and when you do return, lose the gorram viper as well, you're a Rheinland military officer, and your stance towards the IMG is not such that they would sell you their technology. And yes even this petty infraction will be enough to get you permabanned if it isn't changed the moment you return
