*Deep within the cold, dark high security wards onboard Fuchu Prison Station, Aki Kimura and members of the Kusari State Police hold a diplomatic meeting regarding nomad-infested prisoners detained at the station*

*Many members of the KSP and KNF, along with both kusari government officials and kusari criminals, have become infected by nomad parasites and are now detained here. Kusari scientists have been unable to develop reliable and safe methods of extracting these alien controllers...*

"I'm surprised at the number of infected individuals you've got locked up here... the last time I saw so many was on a Liberty prison station in Alaska. Respectfully, I dont think anyone, official or criminal, deserves the fate those people have fallen to, but that is ultimately up to Kusari to decide. The Order has developed methods of extracting nomad parasites with minimal risk of injury to the host, using chemicals which induce a comatose state temporarily."

"Now, there is an herb grown by the Farmer's Alliance on Kyushu that, after some research and testing, would prove even more effective than our synthetic chemicals and make the extraction far more safe, but the FA have thus far decided to remain outside of any future alliance with us, and have refused any trade of materials."

"We would most definitely provide the training and equipment needed in order to help the people you have in holding here, but unfortunately until a solid allegiance is formed between Kusari's government and The Order we wont be able to bring in the personnel and supplies to achieve that end. I hope the alliance is secured, and that your people here can be freed from the madness they're forced to endure, but only the decision of the Kusari government can guarantee such at this point. I hope you will place your input under that pretense, when the time to decide is at hand."
