After so many years we are forced to open the doors of Imperial Court again. And it's about the same person again...*nods unhappily*

- Representative of CoE, akka Elder Vasquez, the Judge in the name of Empire and Cretan people.
- Representative of Custodi, the Imperial Attorney in the name of Custodi nation and other non-Hispanic people.
- Representative of Apostatas, ex-general Cordoba (demoted until he proves his innocence), or his private attorney in the name of defence.

The case against ex-general Cordoba is now open. Defending will have a chance to explain his intentions in this matter:

my name is Evangelia Kaya, Justiciar of the Court of Heraklion. I will represent the people of Custodi in this court. The document you have linked is indeed very concerning. Temporary demotion of Cordoba is very necessary, we fully support that decision. I will study the background of Cordoba, there are seem to be repeating incident on his side. For sure it will not play in his favour.

As internal Heraklion set of laws is quite different, our understandment of treason is matching. I will need some time to study a number of documents, hopefully it won't steal too much time. In the worst case I will have to kick some of my assistants. Anyway, I shall be ready for the first court session in time.

Now excuse me, there's a lot of work to do.

The trial will be comencing this weekend. I expect all of you to be present, and yes, that includes you Pepe. You can catch up on yous siesta's later. Justiciar Kaya I trust you'll do well in representing the Custodi people.

And Cordoba. I agree with the senorita Kaya that a sirius-wide broadcast is not reasonable - or feasible at all. It simply will not do to let our enemies know of this trouble, it is already bad enough that this infromation came from an outsider. However, if you, or your representative will not show otherwise, and there is little point in holding a trial for a defendant that will not show up, we can arrange for a broadcast throughout Crete and the surrounding Core Imperial holdings, so that all Corsairs will see the truth of your actions. You have 48 hours to arrive at the Villa Sol de Montaña to await the trial, and think of your defence.
