I really like that story of yours. It feels truly like daily written log entries, that's something others need to train before they manage to write it this way.
I can't get myself to leave out that reading about Wilfred makes me like him. A good one when he doesn't mention the transponder, hehehe. Jokes aside, looking forward to meet your char in space. I see potential for an interesting interaction there! Keep it up!

You were that freelance ship I saw in Bering today. I'm glad you got out when you did seeing as a NEMP bomb was dropped two minutes after.

I was wondering what a random Freelancer was doing in a tense situation like that ..

Yeah. Doesn't matter if they are friends-of-friends in-rp, 5 Red contacts armed to the teeth still makes you nervous when you try to fly by and make as little noise as possible.

I did see the aftereffects of the NEMP bomb. Gather some of the Unioners died to it?

Well one fighter, one cruiser and the Forlorn which fired it killed his comrade as well. Luckily i wasn´t near the jump gate when it happened, i guess my cruiser would also have pulled the short one and exploded. I have to say you are brave for sticking around in such a tense situation even when it shifted to the Freeport, my respect for it. (I was the last remaining UN| cruiser which fought at the Freeport)

Also pretty nice story so far in my opinion.

Yeah, I guess the guncam shots of the fight proved to strong of a lure for me (or Akiha) to resist.
That and I could justify it as Akiha and Wilfred getting close to the deadline on their contract with Harmony, so in order to get paid they had to risk it... you know how it is.
