Please forgive my surprise that the SIS is contacting us. We have been at odds with Bretonia for many years and it is rather interesting that we may actually be standing more on the same side...

Indeed we attempted such a matter. But unfortunately our covert operation plans was leaked and well...Things did not go well with the Corsair "Government". We have been exiled and the man(my father) who is responsible for all this is standing trial on Crete. But this all just means that we no longer need to hide our intend and that our operations will soon be directly against the Corsair Government.

We understand you intend to launch a rebellion against Crete which naturally aligns with our objectives. The SIS manages a slush fund for these sorts of operations. We're willing to throw 250,000,000 credits worth of equipment in the form of Class 9 weapons, cloaking devices, base construction or other supplies that you may need. Our intention isn't for you to use these weapons against Corsair civilians, but if you can keep the Corsair fleet busy, then I can do my job of making Bretonia a little bit safer.

We would like to arrange a meeting in person between our officers and your leadership. I feel discussing what military equipment to purchase for your organisation would be far too sensitive to discuss in communications channels in case one of our enemies or competitors is able to decrypt this channel.

We have heard rumours your goal is to overthrow and replace the current Corsair Empire with a lawful government and make piracy illegal. If this is true, this would most definitely suit Bretonia's long term interests. I can only hope that what we are offering you certainly helps you achieve your long term objectives as well.

We have received the first shipment of goods. You have indeed kept your word and have quite frankly proven me wrong concerning Bretonians. While I have gained some respect for your honesty it remains to be seen if this will keep up....

Regardless the SIS did it's part and we are thankful. Apostatas will give you your war, well as soon as our preparations are complete and my father is safe again. I hope that we can continue on this fruitful road that we have began and maybe expand on other possibilities.

But for now gracias for keeping your word and for the goods you have provided. This marks the beginning of first collaboration between Lawful Corsairs and Bretonians.

Dear Mr. Cordoba,

I hope that you will find our shipment of cloaks to your organisation very useful. One of our intelligence officers, Mr. Jonas Hudson has also requested to fly alongside your pilots to assist your organisation militarily, but with one of your snubcrafts, not ours as we want his presence to remain undercover to outsiders. His presence there will help us understand your equipment needs should we choose to increase your funding in the future, but only if you will allow him to temporarily join your organisation, only for a period of 1-2 weeks. Please let me know what you think.

Regarding open up relations with Bretonia, The governing council has concluded that your revolt will first need to begin before we can build upon trading rights inside Bretonia. The Bretonian government wants to see Corsairs initiating this civil war before we allow our borders and markets open to Puerto Nueva Hispania.
