Red|Dwarf has been sanctioned owing to a report posted on the 31/01/2009 for:

5.3 Attacking characters of level 29 and below is prohibited. Characters under level 30 cannot be attacked by players of any level, except if they have non-Civilian ID onboard, and except cases of self-defense.

Consequences: Fined everything, except your scanners. Also banned for 7 days owing to a third sanctioned offence

Notes: Don't shoot underlevel characters, Oita is NOT a guard system.

Hello I am sorry about the Incident i Thought Oita was a guard system,

It has been 7 days and i stil havent been unbanned, can you please unban me so i can resume playing freelancer.
