Make him blonde please! =P

I can't begin to explain the frustrations I've had trying to get this guy to the right level of blondness.
Complaints range from "Now his hairs red, not blond enough, now to blond" and my personal least favourite "now he looks green".

So can someone please take this off my hands and make it into a render (possibly the easiest picture I have encountered to do this with, just use quick selection tool) and make his hair look blonde but make it look real aswell. I don't have any photoshop brushes for male hair.

I don't really want to pay but if it's necesary I may be persuaded to give out a little dosh provided I and my very picky client are satisfied.
