I must thank you for this transmission! You do not understand how ecstatic I am to hear this news. My excitement has gotten ahead of my allow me to introduce my self I am Jeremie Dupont and I, in no small part thanks to your brave men, the new CEO of EFL Oil and Machinery.

Allow me to explain, recently the EFL|Fierte.du.Paris has been having some strange mishaps. shipments dissapearing, random excursions to remote parts of Sirius. The oddest part? Our previous CEO, Volkar Mizaki was always the one signing off on it when ever these strange occurrences happened. Though the Board of Directors, myself included, put him in that position we never trusted him, he is a Sirian after all he couldn't be trusted not to turn on Gallia. We ourselves were in the midst of an investigation after he signed off on a shipment of what he claimed was Military Hardware to Picardy. Clearly he was correct to one measure or another however its destination was certainly not to Calais. Volkar Mizaki is currently being held in our offices on Planet Harris where it would appear he was attempting to flee to the Edge Worlds via shuttle. I assure you he will be dealt with post-haste .


On to the additional business:

Attached below you will see confirmation of the transfer of 100 Million Gallic franks to the MRG|banque as well as an additional sum of 30 Million franks for the Veterans Relief fund as a token of our thanks and apology for the trouble caused.

In regards to the deliveries, EFL was already on duty delivering supplies. We will continue and I will have the transport captains make delivery confirmations here for the time being.

Je suis Jules Tailleferre, capitaine de vaisseau EFL Boismont, reporting the delivery of two shipments of Montmorency Repair Parts, a total of 8 050 crates. Evidence of the delivery is attached at the end of this transmission.

The shipments occurred yesterday during the day, with the second shipment suffering an eventually unsuccessful attempt of interception by a terrorist of the traitor Conseillards. Later that day the entire system around Fort Albi became heated, so my ship stuck there until today morning. I've managed to get back to the Royaume in safety and will continue shipping the repair materials as soon as I can.

I also hope I will have the chance to witness the guillotine making love to the neck of that traitor Mizaki.

Your reply has brought me great relief. I am sorry that the actions of a lone backstabbing cockroach brought such harm to your organisation, which we've known to be loyal and hard-working for as long as Gallic memory serves. I'm sure you understand why there had to be a strong reaction from us : even a slight hint of treason must be stomped out, at any cost.
I will make no mystery of Volkar Mizaki's ultimate fate : the means of his execution aren't set in stone yet, but I'm told it will be held in public regardless. He will be branded a traitor and EFL's name will be preserved, as it should be.

In addition to capitaine Tailleferre's excellent report, I've been informed by one of my pilots of the excellent conduct and dispositions shown by EFL agents operating in Orkney. Your people have been remarked for their diligence and bravery in the face of danger, and no more can be asked of them. I still expect the documented deliveries of the remaining 11950 repair units : good counts make good friends, as is well known.

These are dark times, monsieur Dupont. To know that I can still rely on one of Gallia's oldest, trustiest and most tireless servants even in such times brings me great comfort.
