Best Player Owned Bases?

So these player owned bases seem pretty hit and miss...

Some are epic, selling stuff you might actually want, but many seem derelict.

So, can anyone point me to the best ones around? I dont have much time online to go exploring

The POBs around House capitals are usually the most useful ones. You can buy equipment and ore from them, as well as sell them ore, or Nomad remains.

New London is full of them. Isle of Skye sells a lot of stuff. Usually bases around mining zones sell ore. Check Omega-11, Kansas, Dublin and such. They all have ore- PoBs.
