Investigator Name: Curator Firmitas
Suspected Individual/Group/Codename: "Augus"
Age: Unknown
Origin: Kusari (Blood Dragons?)
Gender: Unknown
Affiliation: Unknown, allied with Commune.
Assets in use: DI-3 "Wyvern" Kusari Very Heavy Fighter (Augus|Aoi)
Portfolio of Evidence: Individual was encountered with two Commune Waran-class heavy bombers, callsigns (C~Assassin-04 and (C~Assassin-05, in the Cortez system near the Manchester jump gate. Hostiles engaged our forces, comprised of our fully autonomous anti-fighter drone, callsign PREDATOR, and a Hellfire pilot by the name of Zoey Peyton. Both Warans were destroyed by combined snub and gunboat fire, and the infected suspect fled to the Manchester system, and reportedly cloaked during escape.

Attached to this document are guncam footage and scan results of the ship. The following is the only recorded communication from the suspect:
Code:
[18.04.2018 19:44:19] Augus|Aoi: S: "Let us commence."

Suspect's fighter was equipped with a thruster of Blood Dragon origin, providing clues as to a specific origin of the ship.

Recommend coordinating with Blood Dragon assets and leadership to ascertain the possible identity of the suspect and further investigation.
