POB decay disabled - Russia IP Range ban

Due to Russia's fight with/over Telegram they completely blocked access to wide ranges of servers. By coincidence, this includes Discovery as well.

To not make the life of these players worse by coming back to a died pob, we disabled the wear and tear of pobs for the time being.

This only affects existing pobs. New ones will not be affected.

This will be reverted once we know how long this lasts or of course until a lifting of the ban.

To everyone that's not russian enjoy the even easier upkeep.

Repairs still consume in case of combat. FOW is still needed if you wish to repar.

Judging the present situation in this Game, you really think that banning a country which has more than 145 Million population is effective?

P.S I doubt anyone of you dislikes Russia more than ME, but even ME thinking that this is not effective, and if you wanna know reasons I can write them down too.

P.S.S The only thing I like in Russia is their Girls, but this is not in any correlation with this game... This game is dying and I am worrying about this))

I think you must be confused. Nobody here banned Russians, it's the other way around. They lost access because of the country's issues with Telegram

In other words you could say that In Mother Russia, Russia bans Discovery.

What issues they have is the other point. The thing is, people willing to play Discovery Freelancer, but live in Russia, can't access to this game.

As have been said, Russia Government is trying to block Telegram by blocking IP-addresses, however it blocks the wide range of other IP-addresses as well, like the one of Discovery. Heck, they even blocked Google once.
