Greetings Mr Tomsovsky.
I believe there could be a situation that would benefit both yourself and =DSE-.

Currently, I am looking at my distribution network, and have been after a shop in the local area. Only =DSE- ships are allowed on Scrap Palace. Selling from Veltman Smelter is not an option, but a shop front at Sirius Base Construction would be excellent.

Proposal:
We take over Sirius Base Construction, maintain it, may even build it to core two, put in extra storage.
This would give ample space for =DSE- to sell its products, and you have enough space to supply the construction market.
As goods for sale are primarily premium scrap and storage for Ageira Construction products, we cannot see why you could not operate as usual.

What say you, neighbour?

Dear Mr. Veltman,

For the last couple months we as a company have been struggling financially, since Liberty Government raised fees for space installations. For us it not only means bigger payments for our own installations, but what is worse, it decreases the pool of our potential customers. I was afraid, that I would have to dismiss some of my employees soon.

After discussing it with my guys, I came to conclusion, that what you propose should work just fine.

I think we should meet in person to discuss the minor details. How about you pay us a visit at SBC and have a look at the facility?
Docking personnel have already been instructed to input =DSE- transponder tag into our docking systems.
