It appears that we have an unusual surplus of Deuterium here at Freeport 11 and our storage bays are almost at full capacity. If this continues like this, we will need to deposit Deuterium tanks outside the station, of course with a certain distance to the station in case of a combat situation. This will happen this evening around 19.00 Sirian Standard Time.

The Freeport 11 defense assets are currently limited. I contact you with this personal request to keep an eye on those deuterium tanks. We have no means to defend them from cloaked ships. They could be easily tractored.

The depot has been deployed. You can find it in the fragment field around the sun. Sensors will probably not pick it up if you don't know what to look for, but it is out there.

Deuterium crisis

You're the new Administrator? Glad to make your acquaintance.

Your communication had been subjected to administrative mayhem that I am painstakingly dealing with on case to case basis in the aftermath of the surprise NEMP attack. I have to apologize for our supporters and collaborators to flood your Freeport with such massive intake of Deuterium. There seemed to be no other suitable location as I am told by local Omicron leaders and friends from stars afar. Bases of any sort are few and far between in Omicrons.

The Omicron Delta is stabilizing and we're alike sitting on vast reserve of this element. The overflow is being shipped deeper into The Order Protectorate with our next priority being to offload excess stock of Freeport 11 if your warehouses are still full. The scale of reactions and shipments has surprised us all.
