I. TERMS OF REGISTRATION

The application sent by an administrator or representative of the modular base as a separate communication in Permits & Licenses must be filled according to the template, providing all required materials, such as proof of good reputation (no less than 0.3) with the Gallic Navy, system and purpose of the deployed station, licence length sought after along with a processing fee of 200,000 paid to Gallic.Union bank account.

Each licence request will be open to Gallic Law Enforcement, Corporations and Unione Corse for recommendations, concerns, input and approval where one is required.

II. LICENCE FEES

Payable to Gallic.Union-Bank

500,000 Francs for a monthly licence

5,000,000 Francs for a yearly licence

10,000,000 Francs for a lifetime licence

Licence fees may be reduced or even waived, based on previous agreements or other circumstances.

V. CLARIFICATIONS AND NOTES

Legacy licence holders that have paid less than 10,000,000 credits previously receive a grace period until the end of December 749, after which they are subject to licencing fees. The amount already paid may be used as credit towards new licences at that date, and fees may be lowered to account for the length of service to Gallia.

Official GNI, Gallic Navy factions shall have the right for one of their bases to be exempt from licencing fees at a time.

Provence licencing is under the joint jurisdiction of Official Unione Corse factions' High Command who may seek additional permits and licences from bases located in the system.

Following discussions between the League's Senior Staff and delegates of the Gallic Crown, it as been judged acceptable to pursue the venture of initiating the construction of a League administered modular installation located within Gallia's sovereign territories.

As discussed with with your liaison the laws of Gallia will be followed and all parties who represent the authority of the Roi will be granted permanent docking clearance on board the station. In addition to this any Gallic corporation entity interested in conducting business with the League will also be granted free mooring rights once a missive is sent to the station's administration and a small background check and security screening to ensure no intrusion by hostile unlawful party occurs. A relevant data packet containing all of the requested information for this application has been attached to this message and can be viewed below. If there are any inaccuracies, inadequacies or errors in this information an amended data packet will be sent. If any further problems persist please feel free to contact me and I will clear them up to the best of my abilities.

Your request is very sensible and does echo with the very good relations the League has established with the Kingdom. A freeport open to Sirian trade would certainly be a boon to us at present, provided you manage its comings and goings properly.
