Cool concept. Doesn't seem to be good for much but practicing your strikes (and would be damn expensive to use for that), but you gotta admit it's a cool way to train. :cool:

The video shows the robot doing kata (4th), and then some kirikaeshi (your bread and butter warm up exercise). Just for the kirikaeshi, that thing would be awesome (if it could keep up with full speed)
