First of all, do you have 3-d sound enabled? Freelancer is an old game and there are conflicts between sound cards and the game engine.
Secondly, have you recently installed the mod? Have you tried re-installing it? It may not have installed properly.
Thirdly, have you had any other mods activated recently? Theire mod may have had something different in magellan, and when your computer is trying to load it, FLhook ™ kicks you.
Finally, were you playing single player with the speedmod on and *forgot* to turn it off? (it happens) If you had speed mod activated accidentally, and then engaged cruise, you could have been kicked.
1. write down your account codes using account manager 1.3
2. deactivate disco mod
3. put FL disc into the drive. Click 'repair'.
4. reactivate disco mod (don't click away or it will fail).
5. enter your account codes into acc manager and activate account
6. log into disco, see if it happens again.
It may have just been a kick for lag. I got kicked 6-7 times last night.
