Kruger|KMS-Duisburg has been sanctioned for:

1.2 Flaming, insulting, trolling and harassing other players
4.1 If you die whilst in a PVP situation, in any form, you are considered as ''PVP Dead''. A PVP Dead player must:
Leave the system the fight took place in for two hours. You must not carry cargo while doing so and must not engage in any player interaction while you are leaving. Other players must allow a PVP Dead player to leave the system.

Consequences:

If you feel like another member of the community broke the rules, report that and don't swear at them in chat.
Also if you die, you either leave the system as fast as you can - without cargo - or log that ship off.

Kruger seems to pay fair well, maybe the wealth is the issue and such I took some of it.

This ship does not belong to me so I can not see DSAce logs, I am just faction leader. Also I thought DSAce logs are not solid evidence , if screens then please screens
